Ivo founded Intercompany Solutions after seeing how difficult it was for international entrepreneurs to navigate Dutch incorporation, banking, and tax registration on their own. He built the firm around a fast, transparent, and fully remote way to establish and manage a Dutch company.

Alex is the Chief Executive Officer of Intercompany Solutions, Rotterdam's specialist in company formation, accounting, tax, and compliance services for international entrepreneurs entering the Dutch market. Since 2023 he has led the firm's growth into a full-service partner for hundreds of foreign-owned Dutch companies, and in 2026 he also became CEO of ICS Staffing & Payroll B.V.

Joost is specialised in commercial communication and negotiation, helping international founders find the structure that fits their plans in the Netherlands. He is often the person who maps out the full route, from formation to ongoing accounting and compliance.

Originally from Italy, Giulia has built a truly international profile. She holds a Bachelor degree in International Business and Commerce for Asia and has lived in several countries, including China, the Philippines, South Korea, and the Netherlands.

For Vincent, good tax work means no surprises. Clients should pay exactly what they owe, and know why. Accurate and hardworking by nature, he handles VAT returns, prepares objections, and maintains direct communication with the Dutch Tax Authority on clients' behalf, while making sure entrepreneurs understand what is happening at every stage rather than simply being told what to sign.

Flexibility is what Abigail's role asks for most. Every client comes with different needs, and she adjusts her approach accordingly. Behind the scenes she keeps the practical side of company formation moving. Her priority is that nothing sits waiting and that every client is helped promptly and professionally.

Wilbian's approach to finance is structured, analytical, and hands-on. He keeps a close eye on detail while holding the wider view of deadlines and priorities, and prefers to solve problems rather than simply flag them.

Khadija works in the part of the process clients rarely see but always feel. She prepares annual accounts, assists with tax returns, and handles bookkeeping. Accurate, organised, and proactive by nature, she would rather catch a gap early than explain it later.
